Good morning all.
I have changed out the layout a bit and still am not quite happy with the template, so there may be a few changes coming. As for now there are main topics on the top and some have sub pages below. Most of these are empty right now but hope to update them soon.
I have always wanted to home brew beer but wasn’t sure if I could do it, so today I started a mead (which is a very simple honey wine for those who are unaware). Its mixed and fermenting as we speak, and in 30 days I will move it to another bottle where it will age at least 2 more months if not more. If you want to check out the progress go to the Interests: Home Brewing section. If this goes well I may get a little bolder and make a bigger batch and some other recipes.
